Commitment to the Future

At Pets‘n’Vets, we believe that your pet deserves the very best.

It is our aim to keep up with the most modern veterinary techniques. This aim allows us to do more in our surgeries for your pets and ensure (when appropriate) that your pet will receive the best possible treatment without the need for automatic specialist referral. We have found that this system saves time, saves our clients money, and most importantly saves pets’ lives.

To this end, our vets and nurses attend regular training (CPD) in the latest veterinary healthcare techniques, and we are continually investing in the most up-to-date veterinary equipment.

In addition to our already excellent equipment list, our new equipment list includes:

  • Veterinary endoscope
  • Digital X-ray processor
  • State-of-the-art Surgical Lighting Units
  • Intravenous fluid Therapy Infusion Pump

Ross and Julie-Ann carry out a total ear canal ablation and bulla osteotomy

Pictured right: Ross and Julie-Ann (VN) carry out a total ear canal ablation and bulla osteotomy (or TECA-BOO)!

This procedure is a great example of the Pets‘n’Vets ethos; we keep our skills right up-to-date, and have very talented vets with the skills to do (where appropriate) a little more for a fraction of (would be) referral centre costs! This dog did very well indeed! Great work Ross!
